Entrepreneur’s Budgeting Crash Course
Build a basic annual business operating budget!
This intensive workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be, with business revenue currently under $250,000 per year. You will walk out of this workshop with your own custom operating budget template, and a step-by-step action plan for developing your first budget. We will cover everything from developing your budget categories, to estimating income and expenses, to cash flow management.
This is not a networking event, or a “teaser.” You must show up ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work!
No prior budgeting experience or accounting knowledge is necessary.
